  • Area along Ampenan Coast [MA2]
    The furthest west part of Mataram city is the old port town of Ampenan. The descendants of early Chinese and Arab traders settled here in a maze of shop houses, although trading has long since ceased, and the warehouses on the coast and other heritage building are interesting relics of the past. Today Ampenan has a square and esplanade attracting particularly local people around sunset with Mount Agung as background. It is home to a fishing community. It has a selection of restaurants, antiques and art shops.

  • Meru Temple [MF4]
    This biggest temple in Lombok built in the same year as Mayura Park and had been renovated by Mataram king's A.A Ngurah Made Karang Asem in 1886.
    It is called as Meru because the temple is consisted of three large building with eleven terraces in the centre of it, while in its right and left there are nine terraces symbolizing Iswara, Wisnu.

  • Museum West Nusa Tenggara Barat [MB3]
    Located on Jalan Panji Tilar Negara - Ampenan, this museum is used for research purpose and is one of tourism and cultural object in Mataram, especially collecting and keeping historian objects or artistic and cultural work. Among the objects kept there, there is a handed-written Holy Koran, written in the last hundreds of year, golden-handled kris and 1239 manuscripts written on "lontar" leaves.

  • Mayura Park [MF3]
    This Park is built by Lombok king's A.A Ngurah Made Karang Asem in 1744. The centerpiece of the garden is a delightful pool, in the middle of which a Bale Kambang is, a building called the Floating Hall. It is used for judicial lawsuits or important meetings

  • Rungkang [MF1] is located in Sayang-sayang, it is handcrafting center with several showrooms.
    The product marketed here are antique coffin, statue, crockery and other product made of wood, bone and animal horns.

  • Sindu and Saksari [MD3] are handcrafting center made of wood, animal horns and bone to produce gift such as carved stick, antique lamp, mask, kris handle and slot key hanger.
  • Sekarbela [MC5] is a center for golden and pearl handcrafting for jewelry and gift.
  • Kemasan [MD2] is popular for golden and pearl handcrafting such as bracelet, necklace, ring and other products made of pure gold and silver.
